Potatoes
PREPARATION:
1. Empty yams from cans into a
glass baking dish. Mash up with a fork or potato masher.
2.
Add brown sugar and softened butter to yams. Mash together until well
blended. 3. Evenly spread
the yam mixture in the baking dish. Cover the top with one layer of
marshmallows. 4. Pre-heat
oven to 350 (190 UK). Bake the yams until marshmallows are golden brown,
usually about 15 to 20 minutes.
