Baked Macaroni & Pepperoni

 

Ingredients:



3 cups uncooked macaroni
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. thin sliced pepperoni

salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder

 

PREPARATION:

1. Preheat oven to 350 (190 UK). Boil a pot of salted water. Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.

2. In a 9x13 baking dish combine the macaroni, tomato sauce, tomato paste, cheddar cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Spread evenly in the dish. Cover the top with pepperoni. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
